After many years of supplying Hotels, Restaurants, Bakeries and Resorts with the finest frozen gourment Croissants and Pastries, we have created a line of frozen bake at home Croissants. Puff Pastry Apple Turnovers and Almond Puffs. Our pastries are available at retail stores throughout California, Washington and Oregon. All of our pastries are made with butter and we use the finest ingredients.

To prepare our Croissants simply remove them from the freezer, leave them out on a counter overnight to rise and bake them in the morning for 15 - 20. When was the last time that you had a warm, flaky, buttery Croissant at home?

Boulangerie Solignac is based in Brisbane, CA a few miles south of San Francisco. Our recipes were developed by French trained Pastry Chefs and go back many generations.
