Goldies Oakwood BBQ dates back to 1980 when Goldie first opened her restaurant in East Palo Alto. Many things have changed since 1980 but one thing thats stayed consistent is Goldie’s delicious down home cooking.

Everything we make is hand-crafted and authentic southern style food. Most of our food is derived from family recipes that have been passed down through many generations from Halls Tennesse, and Tyler Texas. It’s the type of good southern comfort food that brings together friends and family for great conversation.

We make everything from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. We’re known for our succulent ribs, honey baked beans, and gourmet potato salad, but everyone’s favorite is Goldie’s famous sweet potato pie.
