Hooker's Sweet Treats

Back in the summer of 2008 when the rug was being pulled out from so many of us, I had a craving for salted caramels... With so much time on my hands, being freshly unemployed, I set out to make the best tasting caramels by resourcing only the finest of ingredients. Many batches were tossed out in those early days of research, and many were eaten by family and friends which in return help me get to the Original Hooker Caramel... a rich buttery caramel, with the perfect balance of smoked seasalt and 70% dark chocolate (fair trade & organic), and not mention, easy on the teeth caramel. I promise you, one will not ever be enough.
