Background:
Founded in 2012, this bakery was the culmination of a dream of two individuals in combining their knowledge of baking to create something magical. Although the business is new, the recipes and craft spans generations.
Both founders have spent their lifetime perfecting their art which began at early ages from different continents. Joey started out in sunny southern California where his family taught him their family business. From that inspiration he went and studied, apprenticed, and worked for various well-known establishments (Stella's/Victoria's/etc..) across the nation. Patricia came from Italy at an early age where her family settled in the historic North Beach area aka Little Italy in the heart of San Francisco. Her first job was at one of the oldest bakeries (Italian French) in town where even today uses classical brick ovens to do all their baking. After 30 years working in North Beach at the local cafes and bakeries she has gained notoriety in her craft of coffee and pastries.
With collegues and friends met through decades in the business they continually hone thier craft through international collaboration (France, England, Italy) for the search of new innovations to bring their customers one of kind experience.
