In 2015, Chef Adam Rosenblum’s American Burger put San Francisco in the national spotlight for best burger. Needless to say, a cult following soon formed and burger lovers everywhere begged for a new kind of burger joint. That’s exactly what we did. Son said, “Our time has come.” Pops replied, “Finally.”
