Le Cordon Bleu Certified Chef Jo learned to cook from his grandma in the Philippines at age 8. After trying different desserts all over the world, he and his sister, Jasmin, decided that their biggest passion is still bibingka (pronounced as bee-beeng-kah), a home-made holiday dessert with an aroma that evokes happy childhood memories.
