Inihaw na bangus is grilled whole boneless milkfish stuffed with tomatoes & onion served with mango & bagoong. The sizzling alimasag is also a customer favorite, it consists of deep fried medium-sized soft shell crabs topped with garlic, crab paste and mixed ingredients.
If you’re a fan of meat, be sure to try the steak ala pobre, which is beef tenderloin cubes cooked with garlic & brandy served in a sizzling plate. Another specialty is our crispy pata, deep fried leg of pork to golden crisp with special Asian vinegar sauce.
