South Beach is one of San Francisco?s most recent, and flourishing areas. Placed South of Market, it is enclosed by the recently modernized Embarcadero and Bay Bridge between the North and East and the 2nd Street and King Street to the West and South. For many years, the real estate in the South Beach neighborhood of San Francisco had chiefly consisted of warehouses, cargo spaces and rundown docks and piers. Commencing in 1981, the city started to alter into a place that was a multi-use development. Now it is one of the wealthiest localities in The City. Very aptly named as ?new Nob Hill,? South Beach is abode to some of the most enviable and prized condominiums, work and live spaces and other home-decorative stores in San Francisco. Of the most well-known places in the South Beach is AT&T Park, which is an abode of the San Francisco Giants. This has also attracted many new hotels and other services into the locale. a few of the most distinguished eateries and café in the place are MoMo?s, Crossroads Café , Tres Agaves ,South Park Café, and Jack Falstaff, And do not forget the great wine bars like District wine, Local Kitchen & Wine Merchant Rincon Hill and South Park the most attractive areas within South Beach. In 1854 the Englishman George Gordon had found the South Park and by large it has become one of the most influential places in the South Beach. With their rich history and culture both Rincon Hill and South Beach, have become home to hi-fi condos and multi-use buildings on scenic uptown roads and boulevards.
